Order Fulfilment Services
Repak’s 30,000 sq ft order fulfilment centre processes thousands of items a day. For many clients we undertake daily order fulfilment services, whereas others work with us on an adhoc, or one-off campaign basis, and we can gear up our fulfilment centre for peaks and troughs in demand.

Our clients range from Bookers Wholesale where we fulfil hundreds of thousands of items during the year, to young ecommerce businesses for which we process about 500 orders a month on an ad hoc basis.

Our order fulfilment solution is truly flexible and scalable and we will commit to a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Receiving orders
We can receive responses and orders as data downloads, through website integration, or via email, postal, and telephone contact at our Contact Centre. When receiving data feeds we will agree data formats and layouts in advance and test the system thoroughly before we go live.

Stock management
We can offer bulk storage, palletised and racked storage, as well as extra-secure storage and fulfilment areas. We operate strict stock management procedures and transparent inventory reporting.

Pick and pack
Stock can be called off for single orders, small consignments, or bulk shipments. The pick and pack processes are covered by our ISO90001:2000 quality system so procedures are in place to ensure accurate picking and audit trails is available.

Distribution
Repak is able to offer a range of postal, packet and parcel services, delivering to residential and business addresses in the UK and overseas, and we can distribute pallet loads worldwide to. This includes the full range of Royal Mail services and alternative UK postal services, international postal services, and a mix of standard, traceable and signed-for courier options available from other UK and international courier and freight partners, including those shown below.

Returns handling
Any returned despatches will be processed with care to identify the reason for return and the best resolution.

Laser printing
We can generate all relevant paperwork to go out with the order such as personalised letters, despatch notes, receipts and invoices.

As well as desktop printers we have digital printers, these are market leaders for high volume laser printing i.e. mail shot campaigns

Print management and materials procurement
As well as packaging materials such as polythene bags, envelopes, boxes, bubble wrap etc we can also source printed material including letterheads, order forms, invoices, leaflets, labels, brochures, cards etc.

Reports
We fully understand the importance of providing accurate reporting and typical reports include contact centre and fulfilment activity levels, despatch reports, sales figures, stock reports, campaign analysis, customer profiling, and reports showing our performance against the Service Level Agreement. Reports can be provided in a variety of formats and can be viewed online in real time.

Our order fulfilment system technology
Our programmers develop Integra table modular systems that incorporate data capture and CRM, order processing, stock management, fulfilment processing, reporting suites, and web services. We can develop simple systems, or sophisticated bespoke systems that provide cutting edge capabilities.
